Pull request overview
This PR updates the root README to better describe the Expendit monorepo layout and the technologies used across services/apps, helping new contributors understand where things live and what stack is in use.
Changes:
- Added a “Repository Structure” section with a high-level directory tree.
- Added a “Tech Stack” section (as a table) describing technologies by layer.
- Added additional onboarding/community sections (getting started, setup, contributing, docs, license, community links).
