You don't have to add every single folder and put the .gitkeep file. Identify the folders that are needed for this project and only add the .gitkeep file.

@shinaayl Can you move the CHANGELOG to the root of the project and also it should be app/flutter and not App/flutter - This should align with your Makefile

Reorganized code into an app/flutter directory.
Created placeholders for api, deploy, dashboard, and docs.
Added a Makefile for automated setup and a CONTRIBUTING.md for onboarding.
