Batched dependabot bumps #274/#276/#277/#278. grammy 1.44.0 (#275) held
back: it bundles a newer @grammyjs/types whose UserFromGetMe requires
supports_join_request_queries, breaking typecheck (same trap as the
previously-held @grammyjs/types-3.28.0 bump).

Held back: grammy 1.44.0 bundles a newer @grammyjs/types whose UserFromGetMe requires supports_join_request_queries, which conflicts with the top-level @grammyjs/types and breaks npm run typecheck (src/bot/context.ts). Same trap as the previously-held @grammyjs/types-3.28.0 bump. Revisit once grammy's bundled types align with the top-level dep.

OK, I won't notify you again about this release, but will get in touch when a new version is available. If you'd rather skip all updates until the next major or minor version, let me know by commenting @dependabot ignore this major version or @dependabot ignore this minor version. You can also ignore all major, minor, or patch releases for a dependency by adding an ignore condition with the desired update_types to your config file.

If you change your mind, just re-open this PR and I'll resolve any conflicts on it.
