Overview

This pull request updates the TCAT project, mainly focusing on dependency management and cleanup. Key changes include removing unused dependencies, updating the project configuration, and refactoring some of the File structure for streamlined initialization and notification setup.

• Added a notification Service to be able receive notification
• Added The functionality to subscribe and unsubscribe to delay and 10 min to boarding notifications
• Changed the The file Structure to add Networking into Core to later add more

• Firebase Test Messaging

Next Steps (optional)

• Continue to change the file structure to sort by features because its a big project
