My implementation is not elegant. Using the SetWindowDisplayAffinity function for your own top-level transparent window is an elegant implementation.

I'm trying to inject this in to all running process but this won't work ? Any help would be appreciated

Probably blocked by Windows Defender or some security software.

So u could try by first desabling Defender
