This PR adds a SOLUTION.md document with pseudo-code, but doesn't change any actual source code. The analysis of the IndexError root cause is reasonable, but to be mergeable this needs:
- Actual code changes in the relevant module (not a markdown file)
- The guard logic applied to the real UTXO loading path
- Tests covering the empty-list case
As-is, this isn't ready to merge. Would you like to convert this into an actual code fix? The relevant code is likely in the wallet loading/UTXO fetching path.
