What this settles

Lands the outstanding chore/taxonomy-rhdh-removal work (engineering feedback, dcm PR #64) — but re-applied cleanly onto current main rather than merged, because that branch predated #44 and carried stale policy-count ("9th type") and "Gating Policy" language the merge has since obsoleted. This version keeps only the still-valid intent:

  • RHDH/Backstage terms removed → slim Design System section (PatternFly only). The DCM GUI is realization-neutral; RHDH/Backstage is not a dependency, and Backstage Dynamic Plugins were rejected upstream.
  • Duplicate ITSM section deduped — the comprehensive one is canonical; GUI-014 preserved into it.

One taxonomy/DCM-Taxonomy.md, +net-slimmer. All three gates pass. The old chore/taxonomy-rhdh-removal branch is superseded by this and can be deleted.

…feedback)

Re-applies the intent of the stale chore/taxonomy-rhdh-removal branch onto current
main (post-#44), dropping that branch's pre-merge policy-count/Gating-Policy baggage.

- Replaces "RHDH and Backstage Integration Terms" with a slim "Design System" section
(PatternFly only). The GUI is realization-neutral; RHDH/Backstage is not a DCM
dependency, and Backstage Dynamic Plugins were rejected upstream.
- Removes the duplicate "ITSM Integration Terms" section; the comprehensive one is
canonical. GUI-014 (the bridge capability) is preserved into it.
