Summary

  • /connect heavily advertised a super-agent CLI (npx -y super-agent connect, super-agent login, super-agent mcp bridge, etc.) — that package is not published on npm, so every user running the commands hit a 404 dead-end.
  • Removes the dedicated "Plug and play · one command" CLI section entirely.
  • Rewrites the two quick-start prompts that mentioned the CLI:
    • "One prompt → fully connected" now uses claude mcp add (works today) + the OAuth-on-first-write-tool flow / PAT fallback.
    • "Enable write tools" splits into two clear paths: (A) OAuth via the client's built-in MCP OAuth (Claude Desktop / Cursor / Codex / VS Code), or (B) PAT from /account/tokens for any client with a static Authorization header (Hermes, OpenClaw, n8n, curl, CI).
  • The string super-agent-skill (the MCP server name used in client configs) is preserved — only the phantom CLI name is removed.

Test plan

  • /connect no longer shows the "Plug and play · one command" section.
  • No remaining text on the page contains npx … super-agent.
  • Quick prompts copy cleanly and don't reference the missing CLI.
  • Client-config JSON snippets (Cursor, Claude Desktop, Codex…) still mention super-agent-skill and remain syntactically valid.

Generated by Claude Code

The /connect page (and two of its quick-start prompts) advertised
`npx -y super-agent connect`, `super-agent login`, `super-agent status`,
`super-agent mcp`, etc. The `super-agent` npm package is unpublished —
users running these commands got 404s and dead-ended.

Replaces the CLI section and the two affected prompts with the two
auth paths that actually work today:
- OAuth via the client's built-in MCP OAuth flow (Claude Desktop,
Cursor, Codex, VS Code) pointed at the Streamable HTTP endpoint.
- Personal access token from /account/tokens for any client with a
static Authorization header (Hermes, OpenClaw, n8n, curl, CI).

The 'super-agent-skill' identifier (the MCP server name used in client
configs) is preserved — only the phantom CLI name is removed.
