Remove 'Genspark' de navCloud/cloudSubtitle/cloudLoginHint nas 19 linguas,
renomeando para rotulos neutros ('Web Projects'). Zerado 'Genspark Projects'
no source do shell (strings + comentarios CSS/TS). O provider Genspark como opcao
de IA permanece (legitimo no ai-provider); apenas a marca na nav foi removida.

When Arabic is selected, the Web Projects heading and subtitle render in Russian; the same copy/paste shift continues through the pt, it, pl, nl, ms, he, hi, and zh-TW blocks, and the Traditional Chinese login hint is also Hindi. These strings are displayed directly in the sidebar and projects page, so users of nine locales receive text in an unrelated language; each block needs its own translated values rather than values copied from the preceding locale.
