is it possible to do it with a flipper and if possible can you make documentation for it and what is needed for this to work and what ways its possible

Yes in theory it is. I haven't tested it on my flipper as you would need a wifi devboard attached to the GPIO pins in order to send the 2.4ghz commands.

As for the 8khz ones you can just use any device that can emit sound.
