I have cleaned up and reorganized some documentation files, and also fixed a few old formatting/content issues along the way.

Also tried to make the writing style across different docs a bit more consistent so it is easier to maintain later.
No backend or sync-related changes included, mostly documentation maintenance and cleanup.
