Patches for various open source programs to make them work with SafeStack.
Some programs known to work without modifications:

- GraphicsMagick-1.3.20

Some programs for which help is need to make them work with safe stack:
- ruby
- libreoffice
- pth
- gnutls (pem-decoding failed in the test suite)
- qemu
- VLC (configure script failure)
- firefox (some parts can be enabled but not all yet)
