The live catalog grew from 183 to 186 operations after the Oct 13 snapshot in #134, so the parity audit fails on
main. This PR reconciles it and releases 0.9.1. That release also ships the #134 request fields, which merged without a version bump and are missing from 0.9.0.Changes
api-coverage.toml, updates the snapshot to 186, and regeneratesapi-coverage-report.md:GET /organization/users: the organization roster. It joins the other organization endpoints still to be modeled under COVAL-2079.GET /simulations/{simulation_id}/attributes/{attribute_name}: named simulation-attribute reads, also under COVAL-2079.GET /simulations/{simulation_id}/connect: the SDK WebSocket handshake. It is left to the Coval Agent SDK, which consumes its one-use relay token.sdk-websocketagent type.
