Lets the S2S fetch read Rime Prism runs. Release this before the benchmark-infra apply that adds the Prism agent, or the fetch stops on the unknown agent.
After it merges, add the
rime/prismregistry row on /admin and leave it unpublished until Rime's launch.Validation:
ruff,mypy --strict srcand the full suite with CI's flags (2473 passed, 6 skipped).Closes BENCH-1210.
