Rotation crashes app

Steps to reproduce:

Using commit b733898

1. Target an existing endpoint with lots of data to replice to the device.
2. Once pull replication starts, rotate the device, app hangs and crashes with the below stacktrace.

Note to Self:

Every time, rotating the device, MainActivity is recreate, OnDestroy and OnCreate are called. In OnCreate, GrocerySync makes new instance of Manager and Database, and starts pull and push replicator. And in OnDestroy, it closes Manager.I guess during middle of updateIndex() after called onDestroy, Indexing codes try to access closed View instance.
