Use context caching for Anthropic models (and others if available)

Basically what the title says. It'd be nice to use context caching, especially for longer looms.

I may have a closer look at the repo and try to put together a PR eventually, but it might be a while tbh. If its easy and someone else can do it, that'd be cool.
