Summary

Soonex 0.3.0: an editorial redesign of the home page built only with Corex Design, plus logo fixes, a new journal, and a full README rewrite.

Design

  • Display-size hero with a full-width photo stage and a floating countdown card
  • Photo-backed live preview with tab panels (intro plus checklist), config snippet, and live form controls
  • Capabilities bento grid, workflow tabs with per-step copy commands, a proof section with stats, image-led journal cards, FAQ, and a closing waitlist band over photography
  • Corex components always sit on token surfaces, so all four themes and both modes stay readable. Only fixed white text is placed directly on the dark, scrimmed photos.
  • New Shell helpers (display type, tiles, photo frame, scrim) and a :photo tone on Section.block; every section uses the wide stage

Assets

  • Unsplash abstract photography for the hero, preview, capabilities, closing band, and six post covers, with every photographer credited in the README
  • JavaScript logo is now the official yellow mark (it rendered as a grey square before)
  • Tableau logo is the official Tableau project logo again, instead of the Tableau Software mark
  • Removed unused tech icons, portraits, and the grain texture
  • Corex marquee keeps its default styling

Content and docs

  • Six new journal posts replace the Lorem Ipsum and outdated skin-era posts, including a Markdown style guide post
  • README rewritten and checked against the code
  • CHANGELOG 0.3.0 now describes what actually shipped

Dependencies

  • Corex, corex_design, and corex_mcp stay on 0.2.2, the latest on Hex
  • phoenix_live_view 1.2.12, makeup 1.2.3, ex_slop 0.4.5

Verification

  • mix format --check-formatted: pass
  • mix credo --strict: no issues
  • mix test (Wallaby axe audit on the home page): pass
  • MIX_ENV=prod mix build: pass

Upgrade Corex to 0.2.1, self-host theme fonts, drop BEM homepage/blog CSS, and restyle the sticky countdown as a hanging paper tab. Layout now uses full-width Tailwind + Corex tokens like Netoum and Oranje, with a distinct kraft/stamp look.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
The paper-cut kraft accent left Corex's generated accent-contrast too light. Set cream ink on accent fills so the home a11y check passes.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Dispatch corex:toast:create with group_id so the demo RSVP still shows a success toast.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Scale ui-size-lg timer digits below 40rem, give the paper sheet min-w-0, and hang the sticky tab full-width on small screens.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Corex wraps ui-size-lg digits at 390px, which stacks the number reel. Use xl digits and nowrap below 40rem, and tighten sticky-tab padding.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Drop the paper-cut palette and Fraunces/Nunito, keep stock neo/uno/duo/leo stacks, and rebuild home, blog, and footer as a coming-soon template with extra Latin sections.

Make the sticky countdown a centered w-fit chip, put index/acta/blog
rows on Corex data-list with the arrow at the end, and add Socii,
Officia, and Numeri sections on the common py-24 / max-w-7xl band.

Corex links cap max-width to fit-content, so the index/acta rows
were shrinking around the title. Force the content cell and link
to fill the row, and restore the sixth Capita tile.

A sharp full-bleed rectangle read as a bar in dark mode; keep it
w-fit and give it a radius so it reads as a hanging control.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Lock mdex 0.13.5 and mdex_native 0.2.8 so CVE-2026-53426,
53427, 53428, 53429, 54888, and 54889 are no longer in the tree.

Tableau logs “server started” before Bandit listens, so :eaddrinuse
looks like a crash after a successful boot. mix soonex.port_check
prints the occupant; mix soonex.server / mix server run that first.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
assets/js/lenis.js shadowed the npm package, so esbuild suggested "./lenis"
instead of node_modules. NODE_PATH now includes assets/node_modules, mix setup
runs npm ci, and mix soonex.server / assets.build fail if lenis is missing.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Remove assets/package.json (lenis/motion unused). Native scroll-smooth
covers hash links. Content bands, waitlist, blog, tags, and posts share
the FAQ sticky intro column. Accordion is single-open, not collapsible,
with the first item open.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Enable the official accessibility panel, customize stock palettes only in
config, and replace the Latin hero with a full-bleed launch-site shell.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Replace the config.exs hero and data-list grammar with a waitlist card, full theme overlays, a sticky condensed header with a hidden countdown, and one signature Corex component per band.

Host color maps replace the preset mode, so solid buttons need explicit
*-contrast / *-text. Tabs content slots only expose meta, not value.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Ship Unsplash photographs and Simple Icons marks so hero, bento, voices,
and journal covers actually render. Drop the global radius scale that
flattened neo/uno/duo/leo, retune seeds and corners, and override ui-*
--ctl-radius per theme. Shrink the header countdown to sm digits.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
The carousel clipped the avatar footer under a tall pull quote.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Fix the home lockup, keep the header height stable when the timer appears, contain carousels, and replace tabs and the date picker with layout that reads as a starter you can fork.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Axe landmark-unique failed when several sections shared the same lorem title.

…tion.

Mobile hamburger is a Corex Select left of the logo. Marquee stays in color.
Capita drops the dead collapsible. Timeline headings pin per beat. Voces and
journal carousels are vertical with padding. Waitlist is a centered column
with a Role select. FAQ is richer. Accessibility trigger is larger. Scroll
reveal and card lift are host CSS, off when motion is reduced.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
The hamburger clip rule targeted every item-text node, so the open list
was effectively empty. Scope the clip to the trigger and give the panel
a min-width so Product / Journal / Questions stay readable.

Neo uses a deeper ink blue and tighter radius. Duo shifts to amber so the
theme switcher shows the Filament-adjacent warmth. Host CSS shares one
deceleration curve, cards hover on border only, and the header border
uses token duration instead of Tailwind duration-200.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Border-color alone was too easy to miss against the frame. Use --shadow-sm
with the shared easing so plans and bento still feel still, not bouncy.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Match the Corex marquee demo (duration 20, 2rem spacing, pause on hover, no ui-accent), color the Simple Icon fills, and lock duration/edges in host CSS so the strip no longer greys out or jumps.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Keep Corex's 2em flip window and compact the header timer with text-sm, so the digit strip is no longer cropped to 1.25em.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Replace the sparse lorem + icon-only copy with the clipboard demo (label, input, Copy/Copied) filling the frame, using the real git clone URL.

The right column is photography plus the reserve-a-seat form and proof strip again. The left column stays a product sentence and CTAs.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
The launch date is a nowrap phrase in the hero and other UI copy so the day and month cannot split.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Drop the ghost circle and oversized SVG. The control is a standard .button with a background and a Corex icon, same family as Template Options.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Match Template Options: icon plus text on a standard .button with a background.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Dialog triggers were inheriting the default --ctl-size, so Accessibility
rendered at md while Template Options stayed ui-size-sm. Keep radius, drop
the size override, and let the floating-panel trigger use --ctl-size too.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Break the Tailwind-UI band recipe, put a waitlist object on a full-bleed still, and speak like a September launch — English ids, four rooms, a shipping-log tease, and no demo apology above the fold.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Rewrite product fiction across hero, Product tabs, Looks, log, FAQ, and
posts; ship rich slotted tab panels with real pricing; densify control
chrome and theme overlays for neo/uno/duo/leo.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Strip all photography; hard-rewrite neo/uno/duo/leo palettes; rebuild home
as brand-slab hero + control racks with custom data-part chrome so Soonex
reads as a Corex template, not a Tailwind waitlist clone.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Kill the brand-fill hero; rebuild on root paper with a bottom waitlist
strip; collapse home to five beats; fold studios voice into the ledger;
harden desk chrome so brand stays signal, never field.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Bring photography back with a soft root wash, floating waitlist object,
marquee, feature bento, sticky product desk, looks tiles, voice carousel,
and closing waitlist CTA — Corex controls as the product, brand as accent.

Blog entries show photo covers again beside dense rows so the shipping
log matches the Framer launch tease on the home page.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Replace the Latin demo bands with English marketing sections, journal content, cookie consent, and polished chrome so founders can fork a finished waitlist page instead of another component gallery.

Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Removes bento, log, notes, themes, and marquee_band so compile stays clean after the template rebuild merge.

- Pin Corex family deps to ~> 0.2 with corex_design runtime: false
- Confirm :corex_design is absent from Mix compilers (0.2.2 requirement)
- Bump template version to 0.2.2; document Framer restage + hardening in CHANGELOG
- Restore AGENTS.md for Cloud Agent workflows (mix server, no npm package.json)
- Update README prerequisites and accessibility notes

Tableau live-reload websockets subscribe to :web_dev_utils_file_watcher,
which never starts without inotifywait. Surface a clear install hint before
mix server instead of repeated GenServer termination logs.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Resolve AGENTS.md add/add conflict: keep PR-branch mix server alias,
no npm/package.json notes, and inotify preflight; drop main's npm/asdf
wording that no longer matches the 0.2.2 template.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Replace the Framer-style restage with a clean coming-soon template inspired
by premium SaaS landing pages: centered hero, trust badges, features,
how-it-works tabs, pricing, journal, FAQ, and waitlist sections with Corex
copy and generous whitespace.

Simplify customization to a single neo theme with light/dark modes. Remove
per-theme skin CSS/JS, marquee, carousel, scroll chrome, and theme switcher.
Update README, CHANGELOG, privacy copy, and palette config accordingly.

Bump version to 0.3.0.

Adapt the premium SaaS reference pack: warm ivory tokens, charcoal inverse
bands, left-aligned hero with asymmetric CTA, Corex UI showcase panels,
three-column capabilities and scale sections with dividers, split spotlight
band, and a closing waitlist CTA band before the form.

Typography shifts to medium-weight display type at ~48-56px hero scale.
Primary actions use ui-accent solid buttons. Section/nav/footer links updated
for the new information architecture.

Co-authored-by: Karim Semmoud <karim-semmoud@users.noreply.github.com>
Bring back four Corex themes (neo/uno/duo/leo) in config :corex_design with
Template Options theme select and theme.js persistence. Restore the tech stack
Corex marquee below the hero with eager Marquee hook loading to fix the grey
stuck-loading state.

Keep the new-gen-inspired home rhythm: left-aligned hero, showcase panels,
charcoal capability band, split spotlight, scale section with closing CTA, and
compact waitlist. No Framer skin CSS or scroll chrome.

Hide Corex marquee edge fades that washed items to grey at the track
ends. Keep the tech strip visible during hook init and force full ink
color on chip labels. Add explicit fills to JavaScript and HTML5 SVGs.

Replace the three small showcase cards with a single Preview section:
split config snippet and live Corex component desk with proper heading
and lede.
