Adds llms.txt, a small distributable cordisx-docs Skill, task index, installation guide and README prompt. Product and protocol manuals stay with their owners. No portal rendering, dependency, runtime or release changes. Validated Skill frontmatter with quick_validate.py, coordinated local and cross-repo links, current Codex Skill location, public/private boundary, formatting and diff checks.
