이름을 git-trail에서 coding-agent-git-commit-tool로 바꾼다(decision-29). 범위는 여러 AI 도구를 계속 지원하는 범용으로 유지한다.
gitformat.*설정 키(GF-133), 태스크 접두어 GF, 지난 기록 본문함께 실린 backlog 커밋: GF-141 이후 main에 쌓인 decision-28(Signed-off-by 유지 확정), DRAFT-17 보관(토큰 상한 강제는 범위 밖).
검증: unittest 106건 OK, ruff·shellcheck 통과.
