<세션 ID> <줄 수>를 저장합니다. 세션이 바뀌거나 예전 형식이면 0줄부터 셉니다. 새 세션 첫 커밋이 0으로 찍히던 문제가 없어집니다.(requestId, message.id)를 가진 줄은 usage를 한 번만 더합니다. 커밋 경계를 걸친 응답도 다시 더하지 않습니다. 2~3배 부풀던 값이 바로잡힙니다.검증
