Go 1.24 is no longer supported. Update the Go directive to 1.26.0 to comply with the Coop Norge Go language guidelines requiring use of a supported Go release. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
Update setup-go to 1.26 and golangci-lint to v2.11 to match the go directive bump to 1.26.0. golangci-lint v2.7 was built with go1.25 and rejects modules targeting go 1.26.0. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
