Replaced `\s` in `sed` with POSIX compliant `[[:space:]]` so that it works on both Linux and BSD based OS (incl macOS).

Replaced `chromium` cask with `google-chrome` for homebrew on macOS as its set to be disabled on 2026-09-01.
