🔥 feat(locales): Updating locale support to be more consumer-friendly

• Add shared locale normalization and Contentful locale matching with exact, fallback, and default resolution.
• Thread resolved locales through Core, Experience API requests, CDA client wrapping, SDK state, and setLocale.
• Support runtime/request locale candidates across Web, Node, React Native, iOS, and Android SDKs.
• Update guides, READMEs, and reference implementations to use contentfulLocales and locale-aware Contentful clients.
• Add locale-focused tests across core, API client, SDK wrappers, and native packages.
