JLCPCB Error

Admittedly I don't have a clue what I am doing. I upload the gerber file for the Receiver Out SMD and provided it the BOM and CPL file. I am getting a warning:

The below parts won't be assembled due to data missing.
R12 designator don't exist in the BOM file.
J5 designator don't exist in the CPL file.

I don't know what this means or how to fix it. Any suggestions are appreciated.
