HI Scott. I have been trying to get the DMX working on the BBB16 V2 board to no avail. I am using a 12 Ch DMX decoder wired to the screw terminals at DMX2. I have check that switched to DMX and configuration is correct in FPP (Ports active and out from ttyS2) . I have even checked that the decoder is good using a separate USB/DMX dongle.
With a simple DIY tester there doesnt appear to be a good DMX signal at the terminals or at the RJ45 sockets (tried them both...)
I have tried everything I could think of but am now stumped.
Note although i am using V2 board, I have done the changes to the GPIO port and ENter/Down buttons which worked, and the rest of board seems to work well. Just the DMX to figure out. Any suggestions?
