Takes meta-model 0.94.0 - #139

The package moves to 0.94.0 and the NOTICE with it. Its worked example takes the requirements pack beside the organization and landscape packs, so the test layout names it as a third and the model test lists its two schemas. The comment on the columns a by column reads no longer says the checks fail an enum type column: since 0.94.0 R9 admits one, and its own offer, the types a row may name, is kept, which is narrower than every type. Verified: npm run typecheck, npm test and npm run build pass on the branch; the lockfile resolves companygraph-meta-model to the commit the tag v0.94.0 names. Its worked example takes the requirements pack beside the organization and landscape packs, so the test layout names it as a third and the model test lists its two schemas. The comment on the columns a by column reads no longer says the checks fail an enum type column, since R9 now admits one and the plugin keeps its offer of the types a row may name. Nothing the plugin does changes until a release follows.
