The version moves to 0.68.0 for #171: diagram draws a use case three ways, usecase in its scope, scenario as its steps and extensions, and requirements as what a feature, a product, a use case or a requirement is held to, each refused with unknown_type on a host whose instance lacks the requirements pack. A host without the pack serves as before and no existing shape, field or refusal changes, so this is the next minor. The tag follows the merge. Verified: npm test (385 pass), build:check, typecheck, conventions-format and conventions-check pass on the branch.
