The version moves to 0.38.2 for the tag that follows the merge. The release carries #138: at start the chat waits for its MCP host, retrying a transient failure for about a minute before it gives up, where it exited on the first, so a host and its chat deployed together no longer fail the chat's deploy. No route, event or code a deployment sees changes: a patch. Verified: npm test (395 pass), build:check, terraform validate for both deployments, conventions-check pass.
