The version moves to 0.38.1 for the tag that follows the merge. The release carries #136: the module no longer creates chat-reader-secret, which the hosts' deploy identity may not do, and mounts it as it mounts the Anthropic and TypeSafe keys, so the owner makes it once per project before a host's first deploy with sign_in. No route, event or code changes: a patch. Verified: npm test (391 pass), build:check, terraform validate for both deployments, terraform test (7 pass) and conventions-check pass.
