The organization profile is the roadmap the meta-model's README points to, and several of its items had fallen behind what shipped.

The rest of core is listed without release numbers and now includes source, identifier and localization, rule, risk and control with the KPI that assesses them, and data-processor, processing-activity and stored-item from v0.80.0; a gate stays a section of its phase rather than a type, as the rules-risks-controls spec decided. Packs are marked done, with software as the first, which the second instance takes. The tooling item names judge, form, adopt, pins, commits, seats, id and ids and the judge skill, and the checker item says writing rules are asked of a decision model by judge, advisory, rather than left to an agent. The second instance is no longer said to have no person in it: it describes a project, and the people and agents in it are its seats, which stays true when mental-model #105 adds the Partner.

The diagram gains guestgraph.io and robertblust/design, the parser and server pins every site takes, the software pack on the second instance, and each site's chat button as a dotted line; the sentence under it now says the meta-model is the only vocabulary anything depends on. The talks row links the talks index, and the introduction is "short" rather than a number of minutes that moves.

Left as it was by choice: "the whole of market and obligation" as still ahead.

Verified: conventions-check and conventions-format pass, and the diagram renders with mermaid-cli.

The roadmap here is the one the meta-model points to, and several of its items had fallen behind. The rest of core is listed without release numbers and now includes source, identifier and localization, rule, risk and control with the KPI that assesses them, and the three types of a record of processing; a gate stays a section of its phase rather than a type. Packs are done, with software as the first, and the second instance takes it. The tooling item names judge, form, adopt, pins, commits, seats, id and ids and the judge skill, and the checker item says the writing rules are asked of a decision model by judge rather than left to an agent. The second instance is no longer said to have no person in it; it describes a project, and the people and agents in it are its seats.

The diagram draws guestgraph.io and robertblust/design, the parser and server pins every site takes, the software pack on the second instance and each site's chat button, and the sentence under it says the meta-model is the only vocabulary anything depends on. The talks row links the talks index, and the introduction is short rather than a number of minutes.

Verified: conventions-check and conventions-format pass, and the diagram renders with mermaid-cli.

main moved to conventions v1.44.0 and dropped Dependabot while the profile waited, and the strict status check needs the branch on it. Neither touches profile/README.md, so the merge resolves nothing by hand.

Verified: sh conventions/conventions-check and conventions-format check pass on the merge.
