This is a refinement to the warp factor implementation, which can be scaled to a desired power-of-two speed multiple, up to 64X. Ctrl- and Ctrl+ adjust the speed factor. Launching with the -warp console command will set the warp factor to 64X, similar to the original implementation (in practice, I very much doubt that anyone can presently achieve 64X performance). VERA frames will be skipped based on the warp factor, similar to the original implementation, but scaling by warp factor (2X warp only generates every other frame, 4X warp generates every 4th frame, etc.)

When engaging warp speed, the desired warp factor is now displayed in the window title, along with the true % speed based on 1X.
