docs(ecosystem): update package links and add nuxt.com

What

Point each miguelrk/comark-packages entry at its own directory in that monorepo, drop comark-fetch (removed upstream), and rename comark-flint to comark-flint-chart. Add nuxt.com as the first card in Built with Comark.

Why

Those packages all linked to the monorepo root, so every row opened the same page instead of the package itself. comark-fetch no longer exists in the repo and comark-flint was renamed, so the old links would 404. nuxt.com renders its docs and pages through @comark/nuxt and belongs at the top of the showcase.

Thanks for updating these links and adding the Nuxt showcase. I found a few items for maintainers:

• comark-codemirror is in Tooling but has no required subcategory: UI (line 91).
• The chart entries still use deprecated i-lucide-pie-chart; use i-lucide-chart-pie on lines 108 and 116.
• This changes and removes entries attributed to miguelrk, while the pull request author is farnabaz, so a maintainer should confirm those updates.

The added WebP has the required 960×540 dimensions, and nuxt-com is included in the screenshot regeneration list.
