Mytilus is the rebranding of Widish shell, with Widip becoming an organization. DisCoRun is expected to be moved outside of this repository and package when it stabilizes.
This PR scaffolds a big portion of Programs as Diagrams with the goal of driving the user-machine conversation safely and efficiently. The DisCoRun abstract explains the engineering motivation and categorical implementation, with Shell Command Language as case study (Mytilus). Other aspects such as LLM-readiness thanks to YAML is left for another time.
Check the SKILL.md file for the intended use of the shell.
