docs: update to latest bx-sites theme, remove home page version switcher - #95

…tcher The version switcher now lives in the left nav, so the home page no longer renders it. Re-ejected the bootstrap theme from the latest bx-sites and kept cbGenesis's tooltips, icon set and home page. Theme assets are fingerprinted now, so they are referenced through themeAssetUrl()/moduleAssetUrl(). Also escape the literal # in the home page's footer entity so it compiles. Updates the docs theme in
docs/.themeto the latest bx-sites. The version switcher now lives in the left nav, so it is removed from the home page.home.bxm, and the theme's ownrenderVersionSwitcherso the core one is used.style.css,home.css,search.jsandtooltips.jsgo throughthemeAssetUrl()/moduleAssetUrl().#in the home page's footer entity (&##10084;). The old form no longer compiles on current BoxLang.Verified with
