Welcome to the CdV goes Wikidata project page.

Project description

A project to model the events, datasets, projects and awards of the cultural hackathon Coding da Vinci to Wikidata. It was initiated in Summer 2022 by members of the regional team of CdV Baden-Württemberg 2022 (Anna Gnyp / Landesmuseum Württemberg, Sonja Thiel / Badisches Landesmuseum, Maximilian Westphal / MFG Baden-Württemberg) in collaboration with Ilias Kyriazis (UCLAB / FH Potsdam) and Nils Casties (TIB Hannover).

The project is

• documented as Wikidata:WikiProject Coding da Vinci and
• modeled as Wikidata item

Notes

Wikidata is a free, multilingual and collaborative knowledge database as well as sister project of Wikipedia. Wikidata provides structured data about the world and can be edited by everyone.

OpenRefine allows data to be imported to and exported from Wikidata as well as Wikimedia Commons (both Wikibase-instances).
