- Install next-themes
- Add ThemeProvider to root layout
- Add ThemeToggle (Sun/Moon) to Header
- Update article pages and components to use semantic CSS variables
- Add Spotlight model to Prisma schema and run migration
- API routes: GET/POST /api/admin/spotlight, PATCH/DELETE /[id], PATCH /[id]/feature
- Feature endpoint enforces only one spotlight at a time via transaction
- Admin page at /admin/spotlight with table, form modal, delete modal
- SpotlightTable includes inline 'Set Featured' / 'Featured' toggle
- Add Spotlight nav item to admin sidebar
- TechnicalSpotlight component now accepts spotlight prop from DB
- Home page fetches featured spotlight server-side, hides section if none set
- Remove static spotlight data file dependency
- Remove ThemeProvider from root layout, restore hardcoded dark body
- Replace next-themes with a lightweight ContentThemeProvider context
- Theme class is applied to a scoped div in site layout, not <html>
- Only components using bg-background/text-foreground are affected
- Admin, header, footer, and all other pages remain hardcoded dark
- Remove ContentThemeProvider from site layout
- Remove ThemeToggle from Header
- Add articles-specific layout.tsx with ContentThemeProvider
- Place ThemeToggle in articles page header only
- Revert TechnicalSpotlight to hardcoded dark classes
- Left border strip with active heading indicator via scroll spy
- Show/hide TOC based on article content visibility
- Indent subheadings based on heading level
- Label changed to 'On this page'
