同步 tls-client v1.16.0 CFFI 模型定义并保留 CookieJar API 兼容

上游 bogdanfinn/tls-client 已升级到 v1.16.0，当前 C# 模型与 cffi_src/types.go / factory.go 的输入字段不完全一致，导致部分新能力无法透传。此 PR 对齐新增/变更字段，并在 .NET API 层保留向后兼容入口。

• RequestInput 对齐 v1.16.0 新参数

  • 新增 disableSessionTickets、withProtocolRacing
  • 将 cookie jar 开关字段对齐为 withCustomCookieJar

• CustomTlsClient 扩展 HTTP/3 与 TLS 配置面

  • 新增 h3Settings、h3SettingsOrder、h3PseudoHeaderOrder
  • 新增 streamId、h3PriorityParam、h3SendGreaseFrames、allowHttp
  • 新增 trustAnchorsPayload

• 兼容性处理（避免破坏现有调用方）

  • 保留 WithDefaultCookieJar 作为兼容别名（不参与序列化），映射到 WithCustomCookieJar
