Summary

Promote the latest development changes into staging.

Included Changes

• Remove the "Account deletion help" tile from Settings > Legal.
• Remove obsolete settingsLegalAccountDeletionHelpTitle localization key and generated getters.
• Keep LegalDocument.accountDeletion in config with a clarifying comment for future use.
• Fix status bar brightness/icon contrast in MScaffold.
• Add a "Releases" section in README.md with the iOS .ipa build command.
