Update screenshots for the Apps launcher, add setup walkthrough - #30

Dashboard/Files/Shares/Mobile screenshots predated the Apps sidebar item; regenerated all of them plus a new one for the Apps page itself, against a real container with real shares and a real apps.yml -- same approach as the originals, not mockups. Also expands the Apps launcher README section with an explicit numbered setup walkthrough (SSH in, create data/apps.yml, add entries, refresh the browser) rather than only documenting the file format.
