Empty state currently says only 'Send errors to your DSN'. For a project with no events show: DSN with copy button, setup snippets per SDK (JS, Python, Rust), and a 'Send test event' button; show connection status once the first event arrives. Supports #299, #301.

Found in UI review of develop @ db3ca67.
