feat(web): thread bundle composer - #253

Toggle bundle mode in the schedule modal to compose a root post plus reply items in one object (POST /api/threads). Each item has its own media type (TEXT/IMAGE), caption, and URL; replies chain to the root. Supports instant publish and scheduled slots; items reset when the modal reopens.

Why
Frontend for #252 (thread bundles). Scheduling replies as separate schedules was inefficient; a bundle is one object, one calendar slot.
