tauri-plugin-updater (Rust 2.11.0) vs @tauri-apps/plugin-updater (npm 2.10.1) failed the Tauri CLI's major/minor parity check at bundle time, breaking the v0.4.0 release build on all three platforms. Co-authored-by: ajianaz <ajianaz@users.noreply.github.com>

What
Syncs main with develop for the v0.4.0 release, including the plugin-updater version alignment fix (#327) required by the Tauri CLI parity check.
Why
Release prerequisite: develop → main before tagging v0.4.0 (release.yml tags must point at main).

Merge, then tag v0.4.0 on main.
