docs: fix README links + add docs landing page - #470

All documentation links in README pointed to non-existent URLs like codecora.dev/getting-started.html (404). Updated to correct VitePress routes under codecora.dev/cora/docs/ — all 9 pages verified 200 OK: getting-started, installation, usage, configuration, providers, cli-reference, examples, changelog, roadmap.
The /cora/docs/ landing page rendered blank — index.md only had `layout: home` frontmatter with no hero or features. Added 12 feature cards + hero section matching the uteke docs pattern.
