SQL for reviews/findings/finding_events is split across commands/findings.rs (12 sites), engine/db_writer.rs, engine/debt_tracker.rs:495-640, and mcp/tools.rs; open_db_* swallows errors; status transitions are only reachable via CLI against the real $HOME DB. Worth doing after the project-root seam lands.
