Feature: cora commit

Problem

Cora only lives at one point in the developer workflow — cora review. Most developers commit dozens of times per day but never run review. Cora needs to be part of the daily git workflow, not an occasional CI tool.

Proposal

cora commit — a single command that reviews staged changes, generates a conventional commit message, and commits (or blocks).

Two Modes

HITL (default) — Human-in-the-Loop

Interactive confirmation before committing:

• Y — commit with generated message
• E — open $EDITOR to edit message, then commit
• N — abort, no commit

YOLO — --yolo flag

Auto-accept everything. No prompts. Designed for trusted workflows:

cora commit --yolo

Behavior:

1. Review staged diff
2. If quality gate FAIL → abort (exit 2), no commit
3. If quality gate PASS → generate commit message → commit immediately
4. No prompts, no interaction

Use cases: CI pipelines, trusted automation, developers who want zero friction.

LLM Prompt (commit message specific):

Different from review prompt. Focus on:

• Generating conventional commit message (feat/fix/refactor/etc)
• Concise body with bullet points
• NOT finding issues (that is the review prompt)

Two LLM calls or one combined call:

• Option A (preferred): One call with combined prompt — "review this diff AND generate a commit message"
• Option B: Two separate calls — review first, then commit message
