About the pull request
This PR adds the Cape River Mining Colony, a ground map, to the game.
Cape River is set on a desert world amidst a mining operation being controlled by the Con-Amalagated corporation. A backwater operation that recently received refurbishment by Con-Am due to a recent discovery of new and valuable mineral deposits.
This PR makes use of the sprites from #10823

mapadd: The Cape River Mining Colony has been added to the game. Set within a mining operation on a desert world operated by the Con-Amalagated corporation, a failing company. It is (currently) a single-z map.
imageadd: New floor tile sprites with a space ship/station theme has been added to the game. (Thanks to dimdimich1996 and Zenith)
imageadd: A new set of Con-Am themed props have been added, including floor sprites and faction flags.
add: The AK4707 assault rifle has a chance to spawn as part of the random 'UPP' gun loot pool, usually seen on ground maps.
add: The SADAR anti-tank rocket launcher has been removed from the random 'Special' loot pool.
add: A new 'materials' random loot pool has been added, this will spawn one of several random different material spawns in a specific area, such as metal, plasteel, sandbags or generic items like wood or cardboard.
