About the pull request
This PR adds the space station Con-Am 81 "Abyssal' to the game, a ground map.
Abyssal is a deep space transit station operated by the Con-Amalgamated corporation, a backwater station slowly crumbling due to faltering maintenance standards by an apathetic crew and a company teetering towards financial ruin.
This is a singlez map, intended for lowpop rounds, I would expect this to work best with <100 players, trending towards 40-80.
I have set the map to a maximum population of 100 before it is no longer voteable.
Concepts I will need to explore or consider adding.
There may be future balance concerns such as limiting the amount of Marine spawns after round start to account for lowpop but this is likely more of a lowpop mode issue than a map issue.
Explain why it's good for the game
Whilst new maps are always a major boon to the game, however I believe the addition of a map catered to low pop rounds will prove exceptionally useful, as most of our regular maps feel fairly large when faced with a server population below 80 or so players.

mapadd: The Con-Am 81 'Abyssal' space station has been added to the game. Set onboard a decrypt deep space transit station, this is a lowpop map that will not be voteable if the server population is greater than 85 players. It is a single-z map.
mapadd: Nightmare inserts for Abyssal has been created that simulates a rebuilt command/science deck. For greenshift events.
imageadd: New floor tile sprites with a space ship/station theme has been added to the game. (Thanks to dimdimich1996 and Zenith)
imageadd: Additional directional floor sprites have been added; some of these were always present but were never accessible. This includes dark blue and dark green-white sprites.
imageadd: A new set of Con-Am themed props have been added, including floor sprites and faction flags.
