fix(code-tools): audit skills redo discovery when the focus names another tree; v0.16.1 - #27

…ther tree Every audit skill's pre-fetch runs `find .` in the session's working directory, so a focus naming a sibling repo got the wrong surface: the weekly starter deps check ran deps-audit from clownware/plugins and was told "no manifests, stop". Each audit now says to rerun its probes from the named path. The path is not spliced into the pre-fetch shell itself, which would execute skill arguments. What
Each of the nine code-tools audit skills gets one line under its pre-fetch block: when the focus names a different repo or directory, rerun the probes from that path and audit that tree instead. The release commit bumps code-tools from 0.16.0 to 0.16.1.
Why
The pre-fetch blocks run
find .and similar probes in the session's working directory. The weekly starter deps check runs fromclownware/pluginsand passes the starter's path as the focus, so deps-audit was told "Manifests: none found — say so and stop" about a repo that has apackage.jsonand apnpm-lock.yaml.The path deliberately isn't spliced into the pre-fetch shell lines: substituting
$ARGUMENTSthere would run skill arguments as shell code.Verification
