pezza: brand font decision — premium pairing or bless the stand-ins #8

The design system's standing flag (readme.md): no brand font files were supplied, so Space Grotesk (display/UI/wordmark) and Space Mono (metadata) are libre stand-ins, loaded from Google Fonts. Decision: supply the premium pairing (Neue Montréal / Söhne were named) or bless the stand-ins permanently and remove the flag.

If fonts change: the outlined lockup regenerates from brand/lockup-horizontal-editable.svg, and tokens/fonts.css + typography tokens + base.json update together. Related: fonts are currently a remote Google Fonts import (a network dependency, honestly documented since v0.5.0) — self-hosting via @font-face is the production-hardening step either way.
