README: Quick Start bootstraps vanilla Postgres with `task db:test:setup` (the auth.uid() stub CI uses) instead of a bare db:migrate:up that fails on the RLS migrations; CLI prerequisites with pinned install lines; DATABASE_URL encoding note where it bites; `task ci` legs listed in full; check:adr / asset-budgets / db:test:setup rows; project tree drops the phantom internal/cache/ and gains scripts/, checks/, sql/demo, sql/test, workflows, fly.toml, versions.json; budgets table carries the ADR-000 Enforced/Monitored class instead of claiming everything is enforced. CLAUDE.md: rule 1 folds in ADR-033 (existing ADRs are append-only; the PreToolUse guard), rule 2 folds in ADR-029 (role tokens, no raw palette or dark: variants). Ten rules, per the ADR-018 ceiling. .claude/: engineering.md drops `cache`, names log/slog (ADR-026), the token rule, and how to run the DATABASE_URL-gated integration suites; stack.md counts 35 ADRs, adds ADR-027/028/029/032/033/034, adds check:adr, test:mutation and db:test:setup, fixes the fmt description and the budgets paragraph; workflow.md links roles via ../.claude/ so the generated AGENTS.md resolves them (its only three broken links), adds scripts/, checks/, CLAUDE.md and .claude/ to modify-freely, an append-only row for existing ADRs, the ADR-025 fly.toml exception, the ADR-033 graduation-log exception to docs/ read-only, and the `ci` commit type; reviewer role and code-reviewer agent check check:generated, ADR-029 and ADR-033; launch.json gains a plain `go run` config beside the op run one. docs/: personalization guide lists PUBLIC_BASE_URL as required, every brand-string site and the five tests that assert on it, the seed migrations a forker must strip, and "next ADR is 035"; design-system adds danger-emphasis and border-input, names tokens_contrast_test.go and stops claiming rules 3-4 are machine-checked. CHANGELOG: Unreleased carries #140/#141; 0.9.0's duplicate Added/Fixed headings merged; 0.1.0 dated 2026; [0.2.0]/[0.3.0] compare links point at the 0.2.0 release commit (90ed61b) since v0.2.0 was never tagged.
